Autumn 2 Week 1

Year 5 were busy before half-term completing their first BSL assessments of the year. They had a receptive video to watch and answer questions on and then filmed their own videos showing their learning over the previous 6 weeks.

It was great to see how much they had learnt from our new topic of school, which is in preparation for those pupils who will take their Signature 101 exam in the summer term.  All pupils received their own personalised feedback with areas that they did well and some areas to work on.  Some fantastic BSL skills already on show and some great problem solving to get around those tricky signs they had forgotten.  Well done Year 5 – keep up the hard work!!
