Forest School

Forest School at Reigate Park

We are very pleased to be able to provide every child the opportunity to take part in Forest School lessons. These are child-centred learning sessions which provides opportunities for children's holistic grown and supports play, exploration and supported risk taking.

• They develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on experiences in a natural setting.

• They create a safe non-judgemental nurturing environment for learners to explore and take risks.

• They enable the children to constantly develop their abilities by solving real-world issues, building self-belief and resilience.

There is lots of research out there to support the positive outcomes of Forest School provision, but at Reigate we know that it isn't just research that matters - our children and staff love it too!
