Autumn 2, Week 2
Date: 17th Nov 2023 @ 2:31pm
In English this week, we have been learning to verbally rehearse and write sentences about shops, transport and entertainment in the 1950s. Did you know there were not many cars then, because they were really expensive? Well done Hunter for your wonderful description of children playing in the streets.
On Wednesday, we had our second Forest School session. We enjoyed making natural self-portraits using sticks and leaves to make our faces. Well done to Joel for making a very realistic portrait of his face.
On our Children in Need day, we really enjoyed coming to school in our pyjamas. A very special thank you to parents and carers of Cheetahs class for your very generous donations. We produced some lovely Pudsey crafts to take home.
Well done Kalina for getting Star of the Week! Your attitude to learning this week has been fantastic.
Well done Mohammed for getting Star Writer! Your ideas have been superb in your writing this week.
