Maths 

In Maths this week, the children have been working hard to improve their understanding of BODMAS and multiplying and dividing decimals by 10, 100 and 1000. All children have shown fantastic understanding of these concepts and have shown they are able to apply their learning in SATs test questions. 

English 

In English this week, the children have began writing their balanced arguments for 'Should slavery be abolished?'. The children have travelled back in time to when slavery still existed in the world and are debating the for and against arguments of this topic. 

Achievements 

Star of the week - Dorcas (Dorcas has shown a fantastic understanding of BODMAS this week and consistently works hard in all lessons)
