Clever Koalas and Perfect Penguins have been busy this half-term learning for the 101 BSL exam.  We have learnt numbers to 30 and how to use them for counting objects, people’s ages and different times in the school day.  These signs use numbers in different ways and the children have worked hard to remember to sign ages from their nose. 

This week, we started with a linguistic challenge and the children were asked to think of signs that use the flat handshape.  Here are some that they thought of:
