Maths

In Maths this week, the year 6 children have been working super hard on their understanding of multiplication and division. The children began the week by looking at short and long multiplication before moving onto short division. 

English

In English this week, the children have began learning about setting descriptions. The children are working towards writing their own setting descriptions about a setting from our whole class reading text, 'Windrush Child'.
