Bears Spring 2, Week 6

A very Happy Eid Mubarak to all families celebrating this week. We hope you have had a wonderful time celebrating with family and loved ones.  

 

Reception have had a busy Easter week! 

 

We began the week with an assembly led by our local church who helped the children learn the true meaning of Easter. This was very interactive, including a game of 'Pictionary'. The children had lots of fun! 

 

We have made the most of the glorious sunshine and played some group games on the field. The children enjoyed skipping, javelin throwing and ball games :) 

 

We are also now proud carers of butterlies! The children were so excited to release them into the wild where they happily flew off in search of flowers.

 

We finished the week with our Easter Bonnet Parade. It was fantastic to see so many wonderful designs. Thank you for making this so special for the children. 

 

The Early Years team would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for your continued support with the children. We wish you all a restful Easter break. Let's hope the sunshine is here to stay!
