Cheetahs Autumn 1 Week 5

Take a look at what Cheerful Cheetahs class have been learning this week ...

In English, we have been looking at describing words and creating a word bank of the wonderful new vocabulary we have been learning. Well done to Elijah who did a fantastic job of finding the describing words in the ‘Little Bear’ text.

In maths, we have been learning about subtraction and have used different strategies to help us to subtract one number from another. We have also looked at one more and one less. We have been learning how to use a number line to help us. Well done to Dottie who did a great job!

Star Writer - Well done to Omar for sounding out and spelling his words. He also used capital letters, finger spaces and full stops in his work and worked really hard on his presentation.

Star of the Week – Chizurum has had a fantastic start to his Year 1 journey. He has consistently completed his work to a high standard. He works quietly and independently. Well done!
