Wow! What an exciting first week back we have had ..
This week the children have started to learn about The Circulatory System. On Tuesday the children watched as Mrs Sanderson dissected a sheep heart.
After the exciting lesson of blood, muscle and other sheep parts, the children began to learn about the different parts and functions of the human heart. The children will be writing an explanation text, as part of their English work based on the heart and how it works.
In Maths this week, the children have been working hard on their fractions, they have learnt to simplify and compare fractions.
