Meerkats Spring 2 Week 2

This week has been lots of fun in the Marvellous Meerkats classroom.

We started the week designing and making bridges out of paper straws, masking tape and paper.  The children experimented and learned how to make different styles of bridge and how to make them stronger.

Thursday was World Book Day, it was wonderful to see so many children dress up as their favourite book characters and bring in their home-made tube designs.

As well as all of the above, in Maths this week we have been learning about algebra!  What a week!!
