Perfect Penguins- Autumn 1 Week 3

Maths
In Maths lessons this week we have been using our knowledge of addition and subtraction to solve worded problems. At the end of the week, we started looking at factors and products. We learned that two factors need to be multiplied together to make a multiple.

English
In English this week, we continued our learning about Biographies. We finished our research about Fu Hao and started writing up our biographies. We wrote about her early life, warrior life, later life and her legacy. We will start publishing these next week.  

Other Subjects
In topic this week, we have continued our learning about ‘Dynamic Dynasties’. On Friday we had our exciting Shang Dynasty workshop where we learned all about the story of the Shang Dynasty, using drama and acting to tell the story ourselves. In the afternoon, we created a class dragon, by each making a scale.
