Perfect Penguins Summer 2 Week 4

Maths

The children were busy practising how to find perimeter, area, fractions and decimals.. 

English

The children have started to write a newspaper report based on Heracles and his 12 tasks.  By using our reading lessons the children have learnt the story, preparing them to write their own report on it. 

Topic

In topic, the children did some more experiments to learn about filtration.

On Tuesday, we went on a trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.  The children had a fantastic time seeing lots of different animals.  It was a really hot day, the children were really well behaved and represented our school perfectly.
