Sharks Autumn 1 Week 7

The Super Sharks have had a very busy week of learning this week.

In maths, we have learnt the names and properties of 2d and 3d shapes.
Aston shared that a square is a 2d shape with 4 sides. Ava and Charlotte told us that a hexagon has 6 sides and a circle only has 1 side. We have worked very hard to correctly describe the number of edges, faces and vertices different 3d shapes have.

In English, we have published our information books ready to inform Maria Isabel-Sanchez. We worked hard to use our neatest handwriting to impress our audience. Before publishing, we made sure we edited our writing to include all the features on our success criteria. Fabulous writing sharks, well done!
