Spring 1 Week 1

Hello everyone and welcome back. The Magnificent Monkeys have been busy palaeontologists this week, hunting for fossils in the school grounds. They then put their problem solving skills to the test, piecing together what they had found. In topic, we learnt all about rocks and the different types of rocks we have. You might get a few questions about pumice stone and slate tiles this week, because they were fascinated by what rocks can be used for. Maths has had us thinking about estimating. The children enjoyed putting their skills to the test in Mrs. Sanchez' shop.
