Maths

This week, the children have been learning about place value and rounding. They have learnt about how to compare numbers and how to round numbers to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000.  

English

During this week, the children have started looking at non-chronological reports and investigated the features of these. The children enjoyed creating posters to explain the purpose of each feature.   

Other Areas

This week, in Topic the children have enjoyed looking at the features of a river and making a model of a river out of mixed materials.
