We have worked really hard this week in the Starfish class.

In English, we have enjoyed learning about verbs, adjectives and conjunctions. We wrote our own exciting sentences, using these features which we can then use in our own stories. 

In topic this week, we have continued our project coastlines. On Monday we explored erosion. Miss Eaton made a mini coastline, we made waves to see what would happen to the house on top of the sandy cliff. We then had the chance to add in a sea defence to see if this would save the house from falling in! It was so much fun. Jeremy used amazing vocabulary to explain what happened to the house when it dropped.
