Take a look at what Cheerful Cheetahs class have been learning this week ...

In our ‘Bright Lights, Big City’ topic this week we have been looking at the different landmarks in London. We have been learning about why they are there and what they are there to commemorate. Well done to Cohen for remembering that the statue commemorated the ‘Great Fire of London’.

In maths, we have been looking at addition and subtraction. We have been learning how to solve missing number problems using pictorial representations and then recording the answer in a part, part, whole model. Well done to Elsie who has worked really well during the lessons and has completed her work independently.

In RE, we have been looking at what makes a good friend and how we can use our kindness to help people. Well done to Isabelle for her wonderful drawing and sentence on what makes a nice friend.

Well done to our 'Star of the Week' this week which was Ulfa. Ulfa has been working hard in all of her subjects and is always contributing to classroom discussions.

Congratulations to Sara who was our 'Star Writer' this week. Sara has produced some excellent writing and is working hard on her describing words, well done!
