Maths
This week in Maths, we have been learning about statistics. The children have been collecting and interpreting data in a variety of ways. We have been learning about pictograms, bar chats and line graphs.

English
In English this week, we have been writing our newspaper reports about the volcanic eruption that happened in Pompeii in 79AD. The children have used their knowledge of volcanos, from our topic lessons, to write some excellent pieces of text. 

Star of the week – Jaden (for consistently putting in 100% effort into his work, in every lesson)

Writer of the week – Rosie-Leigh (Rosie-Leigh has written a wonderful newspaper report)
