Maths
This week in Maths, we have revisited addition and subtraction, building on our prior learning from last half-term. The children have been using column addition and subtraction to answer calculations, as well as solving missing number and inverse calculations.

English
In English this week, we have been focusing on grammatical features that link with a feature that has been taken from our WAGOLL (What A Good One Looks Like).  We have been learning to use a thesaurus to expand our vocabulary, use fronted adverbials and use prepositions within sentences that link with the disaster that happened in Pompeii.
