Spring 2 week 3

It is all a little bit red this morning as we Do Something Funny For Money. We've had a busy week once again. We invited our parents and grandparents in for a handwriting session on Thursday. I am glad to say they were all well behaved and tried very hard when joining their letters. Our writing this week has involved us beginning to write our own disaster stories. We look forward to publishing them next week. Art has been thinking about drawing the human form. We started with drawing the outline of a person, concentrating on the head and face. Division and multiplication has been a focus in maths; our column method for multiplication is coming along and we learnt to carry over in division too.
