Take a look at what Cheerful Cheetahs class have been learning this week ...

In English we have been looking at writing a seasonal description. We have been using our describing words to describe what we can see, hear and touch. We have also been comparing the different seasons and using the suffixes -er and -est to make comparisons. Well done to Joel who wrote some lovely comparison sentences.

In Topic, we have started our new mini project in art. As we have been previously looking at the different types of weather and part of our prior learning was on weather forecasts and the different symbols used in these. We then created weather motifs using different materials in the classroom. Well done to Madelyn who created a lovely weather motif.

Congratualtions to our star of the week which was Ella. She has had a great attitude towards her learning, well done!

Well done to our star writer this week which was Caelan. He worked really hard in producing his final published piece on the 'Great Fire of London'.
