Spring 2 Week 6

In Maths this week, have been learning about position and direction. We described positions using co-ordinates, we plotted co-ordinates, drew 2D shapes on a grid and translated single points. On Friday we continue to do our weekly Times Tables lesson. 

 In English this week, we have been publishing our Derby Museum of Making. The children have written persuasive reasons to visit the museum. 

In RE, we have looked at forgiveness and drawn pictures of how they can show this. 

 In Topic, we have looked at animals for our mini project. We used simple shapes to create the basic body, then used a variety of shading techniques to add details.
