Starfish Spring 1, Week 1

Well done for a wonderful first week back! 

In Maths, we have been learning about place value. We have esitmated numbers on a numberline and added 3 digit numbers together. 

In English, we started our new book called 'Sally and the Limpet'. We acted out the story and created our own story map with our partners. 

On Tuesday we started our new topic called 'Coastlines'. We have learnt about the RNLI and how to read a map using a compass. 

We have also had fun in the forest school. Emily and Aurora found some bird eggs and Hunter and Joel balanced sticks to make a bridge.
