Summer 1 Week 4

This week we have been completing our maths activity booklets. We have worked hard to answer the tricky questions. Miss Eaton is so proud of us!

In English, we started our new book called ‘Paddington at the palace’. We had a visit from Paddington who was eating marmalade sandwiches, carrying a postcard and wearing a red hat! We read the story and as a class drew a story map, to help us remember the order events happened in.  

In topic this week, we have continued to learn about important Monarchs. We have moved onto our Innovate challenge, in this we are making a Monarch Day board game! We have chosen facts to include, written out playing cards and picked what happens to the player when they fall on certain areas. We can not wait to finish this next week.
