Woodpeckers Autumn 1 week 6
Date: 17th Oct 2024 @ 8:36am
Another packed week in year 4 has zoomed past. This week the children have been busy learning lots of grammatical ways to make their writing more exciting. In history, they learnt all about the Coppergate dig in York, which led to the Jorvik centre opening up back in the early 1980s, and it is still going strong today. In Spanish we learnt to tell each other how old we are - Cuantos anos tienes? In BSL the children used sign to have conversations about who lives in their homes. RE had us looking at and thinking about synagogues and the special things we can find in a synagogue. All in all, a busy and packed week with lots a great learning happening.
Woodpeckers attendance this week: 95.1%
