Woodpeckers Autumn 2 week 2

With yet another week quickly passing by the Woodpeckers have been busy preparing to welcome you all to their class assembly next Wednesday at 9.00am. This week we have been continuing to write our newsreports in English, thinking about the difference between direct and reported speech. In PE, we learnt about passing the ball in tennis. We found it tricky to control the speed and direction at first but with a little practise, we got there. In BSL this week, we learnt to describe features and thought about signs for hair, colours and adding some adjectives too. Maths has had us reading problems, finding factors and estimating this week. We had to really concentrate. A busy but productive week.
