Woodpeckers Spring 1 week 4

Week 4 has passed by in a flash and the children have been busy learning lots. In RE, this week we learnt about Passover. The children learnt about the Sedar service and created a Sedar plate. In PSHE, we continued to look at money and how we can raise money to help others. The children thought about how we help others by collecting foods and having days like Children in Need in school. In maths, we have been revisiting division methods. English has been the launch of our writing topic, which will be an adventure story. In topic this week,the children have worked hard to create presentations about mountains around the world. We even had a visit by our very own mountain walking explorer in school - Mrs. Holt. We are looking forward to sharing our presentations with you at our showcase on Wednesday 12th March from 2.45pm - 3.15pm.
