Woodpeckers week 4 Spring 2
Date: 20th Mar 2025 @ 8:22am
It finally feels like Spring has sprung and this week we have channelled that Spring feeling as artists. Look at some of our fabulous landscape art in the attached files. Maths has been revising division methods using bus stop. In English, children completed their explanation texts all about States of Matter. Swimming was another energhetic session, with children perfecting stroke techniques and learning to be confident around and in water. In BSL, the children have been preparing for their assessments about jobs.
A reminder that Wednesday 26th March is our trip to the Museum of Making and the Cathedral. Could we ask that all volunteers arrive at the school office by 9.00am. We will meet you there on our way out to the coaches. All children will need a filled water bottle and a packed lunch.
ALSO, next Tuesday there will be NO PE as the children are being asked to dress as a person for their BSL assessment. The children will tell you what job/role they have decided to be.
Woodpeckers weekly attendance: 95.9%
